We are seeking Automation Engineer / System Developers
Join Neuver Maritime as an Automation Engineer or System Developer and become a key contributor to our mission of ensuring safe and efficient maneuvering at sea.
In this dynamic role, you’ll combine our maritime legacy with modern technology to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and project success.
Your expertise in automation systems or system development will help us deliver world class steering gear and rudder control systems to clients across the globe.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
- Develop automation and control systems for steering gear and rudder products
- Contribute to the development of new products and services, including condition monitoring and remote access
- Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning
- Some travelling may be expected during release periods
Desired Qualifications:
- Higher education in automation, cybernetics, or system development
- Programming experience (PLC, C++/Python, or equivalent)
- Experience with mathematical modeling, simulation, or control engineering
- Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- Relevant work experience may compensate for lack of formal education
