Field Service Engineer
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Steering Gear and Rudder team at Neuver Maritime. In this role, you will support customers worldwide through hands-on field work. You will conduct service assignments, overhauls, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and upgrades ensuring that our customers’ equipment performs reliably and efficiently. With your strong technical understanding and customer focus, you’ll play a key role in delivering high quality solutions and expertise in dynamic and challenging environments. You’ll also be part of a professional, collaborative team with a strong safety and quality culture.
Do you have a mechanical, hydraulic and/or electro/automation background? Are you motivated to take part with worldwide support activities and consider yourself a self-driven and solution-oriented person? Then you might be the candidate we are looking for.
Key responsibilities
· Perform service assignments, overhauls, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and upgrades worldwide of Steering Gears and Rudders.
· Collaborate with customers and support engineers at various levels.
· Follow the company’s QA and HSE regulations.
· Continuous improvement and optimization of our products and services.
Qualifications and experience
· Relevant technical education and/or experience within mechanics, hydraulics, or electro/automation disciplines.
· Practical experience from service is an advantage.
· Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
· Willingness and ability to travel worldwide on a regular basis.

Due to operational and logistical requirements, only applicants residing within the Gdańsk Metropolitan Area and adjoining districts will be considered for this position. This position does not include a relocation package for candidates residing outside the designated area.
