Project Manager – Customer Support
Join Neuver Maritime as a Project Manager – Customer Support and play a pivotal role in our mission to ensure safe and efficient maneuvering at sea. In this role, you will leverage our rich legacy and cutting-edge technology to drive customer satisfaction and project success. Your expertise in project management will help us deliver high-quality steering gears and rudders to our global clientele, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
As a Project Manager – Customer Support, you will:
Manage service inquiries
Handling of sales orders and coordination of deliveries
· Coordinate and finalize field service assignments, ensuring all documentation is complete and the project is ready for invoicing
· Manage upgrade projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across our global organization to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
Utilize your knowledge of maritime solutions to innovate and improve our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with unparalleled support and service, while driving revenue and cash flow improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
A technical background, preferably with project management experience
Technical understanding of rudder and steering gear systems is advantageous
Familiarity with D365 is beneficial – necessary training will be delivered
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Commercial interest and understanding
